I had the worst experience with Quintavias Reid. Poor customer service and care for my pet. He’s extremely rude and hostile

We made an appointment because they have a $1 dollar wellness check promotion. We send out our pet records and arrived to the appointment 10 mins before. We did the check in and told them that if it’s possible to check the belly of our pet because it’s black but she is not sick. The doctor even see her, he didn’t take one minute to check her before, just sent the assistant to tell us that the visit would be $70. Our pet has insurance just wanted to find a vet for her but we are going to look for another vet. This place is a fraud. We drove more than 30 mins just for nothing. Be careful with them when you schedule an appointment. They only are interested in money not on our pets health. It’s a shame!

Excellent customer service and was an easy process getting my dog seen by the Vet.

They were terrific.They came to my house, treated my dog.She was so much better. Accept she slept a lot she has no more pain. I will for sure call them back doctor Andrew and Allison my dog loved them. It wasn't anymore expensive , then taking them to the vet. Sincerely Karen Todd Johnson

Dr. Ross was nice. She came highly recommended to me by my best friend, an existing client. However, the receptionist working there on my first visit was exceptionally rude for no reason. I'm a very quiet and respectful person, so it was irksome (there's never been a better opportunity to use the word 'irksome'). And my friend knew exactly who I was talking about -- without my even knowing the receptionist's name at the time -- when I debriefed her over the phone about my first experience there. My friend told me that this receptionist acts this way every single time she's ever interacted with her. My friend says she goes out of her way to avoid interacting with this receptionist: She'll purposely call during the clinic's lunch hours in favor of working with AI bot instead of the receptionist. A receptionist's job is to ~receive~ people. It is a customer service role, and a receptionist is literally a new client's first impression of a business. Putting someone in this role who presents themself as if they hate interacting with people (and their pets!) is a massive failure. I'm happy for my friend who is able to look past this person due to her love for Dr. Ross, but that's not enough for me. The care of my cat was fine, though I was not blown away by the service, and the whole experience was entirely overshadowed by a very rude receptionist. There are lots of really nice vets in metro ATL, and ones who are represented by staff who are much more courteous and welcoming, so I'll go elsewhere with my four pets. First impressions last.
